UNITAID's investments in diagnostics have been very valuable - we urge you to continue to support this work and to increase invest in prevention in the harm reduction context, which also has positive impacts for HIV

The reluctance of many national govts to invest in services for people who inject drugs calls for ongoing donor engagement while we work to create more enabling policy environments for harm reduction.
